This February, we’ll have two Pride Chats – one focusing on Aromantic-Spectrum Awareness Week on February 21-22, and another on amatonormativity, relationship anarchy, and poly-a relationships on February 27-28. As usual, anyone can come to these chats; they are not limited by identity. We will be open from 9:00 am to 11:59 pm Eastern each day we host the chat.
The first Pride Chat will be from Sunday, February 21 to Monday, February 22. This Chat is in honor of Aromantic-Spectrum Awareness Week, which is held every year the week after Valentine’s Day. Our prompts will be inspired by AroWriMo (https://arowrimo.tumblr.com/). For more information, visit http://www.arospecweek.org/. There will be two voice chats on each day, at 11 am and 4 pm Eastern.
The regular February Pride Chat will be from Saturday, February 27 through Sunday, February 28, and, in honor of Valentine’s Day, it will focus on resisting amatonormativity in our lives and relationships. That will include relationship anarchy and poly-a relationships, as well as the ways that amatonormativity impacts us in our every day lives. Again, there will be two voice chats on each day, at 11 am and 4 pm Eastern.

The rest of the Discord will still be open, along with the channels specifically to discuss the Carnival of Aros and the Carnival of Aces.
The dates are Saturday, January 23 to Sunday, January 24. Saturday, then from 8:00 am Sunday to 11:59 pm Sunday. We’ll have voice chats on both Saturday and Sunday at 11 am and 4 pm. All times are Eastern Time.
